GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the direction of the City Secretary, this position will oversee the daily operations of the City’s utility billing activities generally related to governmental practices and management of water, sewer and garbage services provided. This position performs routine clerical duties and manages the front-desk operations, to include but not limited to processing building permits and inspections, maintaining customer records, greeting customers, issuing and processing work-order requests, and providing general assistance to the City Administrator and other heads of department. Comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements.
