City Wide Clean-Up Week 2025

Olney Clean-up week begins at 8 A.M., Saturday, March 15th, 2025, and ends at 5 P.M. Friday, March 21st, 2025

OLNEY CITY CREWS WILL MAKE ONE PICK-UP OF CURBSIDE DEBRIS BEGINNING MONDAY, MARCH 17th, 2025. PICK-UP WILL CEASE AT 5 P.M. THURSDAY, MARCH 20th. THE CONVENIENCE STATION WILL BE OPEN DURING NORMAL HOURS ON SATURDAY, MARCH 15th, CLOSED SUNDAY, MARCH 16th, AND THEN OPEN AGAIN DURING NORMAL HOURS THRU FRIDAY, MARCH 21st 2025.

An attendant will be on duty during the hours the convenience station is open. 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. with an hour lunch at noon.

It is advisable that you not pile large amounts on the curbs but take them to the Convenience Station. Anything placed by the curb must be sorted as to metal, debris, or limbs and branches. DO NOT MIX ITEMS, ITEMS MUST BE SORTED. Trash left curbside after Thursday, March 21st, will be your responsibility to remove.

NOTE: Please keep in mind the City crew may pick-up metal one day and other items another day. This is why everything must be curbside early Friday, March 21st, 2025. If you see a City truck drive past your house and not stop, they could be picking up the metal that day.

A PICK-UP LIST WILL NOT BE MADE DURING CLEAN-UP WEEK, THEREFORE, PLEASE DO NOT CALL CITY HALL TO BE PLACED ON A LIST WE DO NOT HAVE.

We urge you to get rid of as much debris as you can at this time. When it is not clean-up week, you can call City Hall to put in a work order for your items to be picked up. Remember that you get one free limb pick-up a month as long as they are less than 5 feet in size, any other items you can take to the convenience station or pay a haul fee.

Batteries

Paint

Concrete

Tires

Construction Debris

Oil & Oil Filters

Anything that contains refrigerant - (Refrigerators, A/C units, etc.)
