Utility Application & Agreement

To sign up for new utility service, fill out the Utility Application & Agreement and provide a copy of your state-issued ID to City Hall via email.  You can bring a money order, Cashier's Check, personal check to City Hall or pay your service deposit online: https://www.fastgovpay.com/olney/guest/utilities/search
